Private Chef Services

I’m a therapeutic chef who specializes in cooking for people who have unique food needs, whether it’s a new specialized diet from their doctor, food intolerances, going through a health challenge or pregnancy and postpartum.

We offer weekly services for individuals or families, one time small events and single day or multi day retreats.

 

Consulting

Every client is on a different journey but here are some examples of things I work with people on:  

  • Exploring whichever dietary change you're interested in making, the details of it + how to implement it in a way that will work for you and your family

  • How you're feeling with the changes in food

  • Your food journal to see if we can pinpoint any specific foods/changes you've made

  • Beginning a new or re starting a meal preparation practice or how to integrate meal preparations into busy daily lives

  • New ways to organize your kitchen, meal prep spaces, pantry, fridge for more ease in creative cooking

  • Along with email and text support throughout the month, it's a space for you to ask me any questions you have related to food prep, food choices, specific ingredients + diets

Personal Assistant

Along with helping clients with their foods needs, I also assist with supporting you and your family in other tasks. Some examples of what I do for clients are:

  • Daily personal needs, h

    ousehold management, organizing

  • Grocery shopping, errands, project research

  • Gardening, dog/small farm animal care

Kitchen/Pantry Organization

  • Three hour sessions of setting up the space + organizing the pantry, fridge, cupboards etc. We can work one-on-one together, or I can work independently with your guidance or a combination of the two. I will come prepared with ideas and plans based on our consult call and any previous discussions + the layout of your space. We will create a strategy that suits your goals and schedule.

  • Personalized recommendations for organizing supplies

  • A quick recap at the end of the session summarizing where we are in the process, including optional homework for you to tackle on your own (but no pressure!)

  • Removal of any donations from the project, up to one car load

 

Cooking Classes

A personalized cooking class either in person or over zoom. We’ll discuss a few things you’d like to work on and I’ll design a class around your needs.

Classes I’ve done in the past:

  • Vegetarian proteins

  • Sauces to elevate your weeknight cooking

  • How to plan out a week’s menu and meal prep

  • Using leftovers effectively

  • Batch cooking for the freezer

  • Managing a pantry: Keeping track of inventory, food storage and how to shop
